Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Perfection (“the Game”) on the web at perfectionthegame.app or through the Android app. The Game is provided by Grisham Interactive (“we”, “us”). By playing, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Your chosen first name is shown publicly on leaderboards, so don't use a name that is offensive, impersonates someone else, or contains personal information you don't want public. We may change or remove names that break this rule.

3. Fair play

Don't use bots, scripts, automated input, modified clients or any other method to generate scores you didn't draw yourself, and don't interfere with the Game's servers or other players. We may remove scores, reset progress or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Ads and purchases

The Game is free and supported by advertising. Some features, such as an extra try, are offered in exchange for watching a video ad, which must be watched to the end. Any paid purchases we offer in future will be processed by the platform's payment system and will be described before you buy.

5. Content you share

When you share a score, the image of your trace and your score are yours to share. You give us permission to display your first name, scores and trace images inside the Game and on shared score pages.

6. Our content

The Game, its design, code, shape set and branding belong to Grisham Interactive. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Game running, but it is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. We may change, add or remove features, levels or rules, and may reset leaderboards when needed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Grisham Interactive is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Game, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.

9. Ending your use

You can stop playing and delete your data at any time from the Delete my data page.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
