Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Perfection (“the Game”, “we”, “us”) collects, how it is used and who it is shared with. Perfection is developed by Grisham Interactive. It applies to both the website and the Android app.

1. Information we collect

When you sign in

Sign-in uses your Google account. We receive your name and a unique account ID from Google. We do not receive your password. We use the first word of your name (or a first name you choose) as your public leaderboard name.

While you play

• Gameplay data: your current level and shape, challenges cleared, scores, daily results, streaks, Streak Freezes and remaining tries.
• Leaderboard entries: your first name, challenges cleared or days played, and average score, which are visible to other signed-in players.
• Referral data: a referral code and how many friends it has brought in, used to award Streak Freezes.

From advertising services

Google's advertising services (described below) may collect device identifiers, approximate location and ad interaction data under their own privacy policies.

We don't ask for your email address, phone number, home address or payment details.

2. How we use it

• To save your progress and sync it across devices.
• To run the Challenge and Daily leaderboards.
• To run referrals and Streak Freezes.
• To show ads that keep the Game free.
• To find and fix bugs and prevent cheating.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Services we use

Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore)

Firebase stores your progress and leaderboard entries and handles sign-in. It is operated by Google; see Google's Privacy Policy.

Google advertising (AdSense, H5 Games Ads and AdMob)

The website uses Google AdSense and the Ad Placement API (H5 Games Ads); the Android app uses Google AdMob. These services may use cookies and device identifiers to show, measure and personalise ads depending on your settings and region. 4. Cookies and local storage

The website uses browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your game state, and Google's services above may set cookies to serve ads. Clearing them signs you out on that device; your progress stays in your account.

5. Children

Perfection is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your progress and every leaderboard entry at any time with Delete my data in the game footer, or at perfectionthegame.app/delete-data.html, which works without opening the game. You can also email us to ask for deletion.

7. Where data is stored

Data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure, which may be located in the United States and other countries where Google operates.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, or object to certain uses of it. Contact us to exercise these rights.
