Daily Challenge
One challenge. Every player. Every day.
Each day at midnight Pacific time, Perfection picks one challenge out of all 7,000 shape-and-level combinations. Every player in the world gets the same one, and has one shot at it.
How today's challenge is picked
All 7,000 challenges are shuffled once into a fixed order, and each day takes the next one. Because every copy of the game uses the same order, everyone sees the same challenge without needing an internet lookup, and no challenge repeats for about 19 years.
That means difficulty varies. One day it might be a Level 3 circle that almost anyone can pass. The next it might be a Level 96 gear. The screen always shows which shape and which level you are facing.
Attempts
- 1 attempt a day, plus 1 more if you watch a short video.
- Your best attempt of the day is the one that counts.
- The day rolls over at midnight Pacific time for everyone, wherever you live.
Streaks and Streak Freezes
Play on consecutive days to build a streak. Miss a day and the streak resets, unless you have a Streak Freeze. Each freeze covers one missed day automatically. You earn freezes by inviting friends from the game's footer.
The Daily leaderboard
The Daily leaderboard ranks players by their average daily score, with tabs for this month and all time. Because some days are much easier than others, you need to have played at least 5 days in the month to appear on the monthly board, and 20 days in total for the all-time board. Until then you can still see your own average and how many more days you need.
Want to practise for tomorrow? Every daily is also part of Challenge mode, so the Shape Guide and How to Play page cover everything you can meet.
